D. Betts Pty Ltd is now in its 3rd year offering Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions consultancy to the Australian marketplace.

We have recently extended our capabilities to Singapore and China to support the growing needs of many Australian based businesses.

Our Principal owner and Managing Director has 30 years experience in Supply chain and Logistics, gained from working in North/South America, United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, Gulf States, Asia and Australia. He brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience together with Global best practice techniques to the Asia Pacific market.

Our team are multi-disciplined full time employees with backgrounds from 3rd party supply chain and logistics providers (including Toll, Linfox Au Post in Australia) and in-house supply chain and logistics functions and departments from retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.

Our knowledge and experience covers most sectors and includes: Retail (fashion, grocery, food, consumer electronics, appliances, entertainment), FMCG (beverages, tobacco, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, paper) Industrial and slow moving consumer goods. We have worked across many temperature regimes including frozen, chilled, fresh, ambient, dry, de-humidified, and purified air.

Our roles and responsibilities have included: re-engineering supply chain and logistics businesses and departments, designing and delivering leading edge automated warehouses, designing and commissioning new facilities, implementing new contracts, maximizing asset utilization, streamlining and re-engineering suppliers, reducing inventory levels and improving stock availability, modeling supply chain solutions and logistics networks, developing end to end processes and procedures, developing off-shore sourcing strategies and delivering productivity and performance improvements.
